megatransect

Many people have been asking about when the Mega will open for registration.... JANUARY 1st 2010
My guess is that it will fill to 750 in less than two weeks time. The date of the next Megatransect will be October 2nd 2010. We will be building a new site in a few weeks so keep checking back. Remember that the Grand Slam kicks off with the Hyner View Trail Challenge in April.... Rothrock, Dam Half/Full and finally the Megatransect. Are you ready for a real challenge? I was just wondering if it is going to possible to sign up for all of the "Grand-Slam" events at one site , or do we need to sign up for each individual event seperately. Greg

For 2010, you'll have to sign up for each one individually. Four races and three different race directors (committees) make it difficult to combine them for registration. We're looking for ways for 2011. Parunners.com has offered but we already have a large group signed up for the Hyner and Rothrock. We hope to work with Jeff on it next year. Thanks for inquiring.
